Younger teller, cheetah top, in the bank made me uncomfortable. I went to cash an alpine check and she told me “you’ll need to take the check back where you got it”. She gave no explanation on why. She sat there at first seeming to have trouble using the computer, asked once for another persons assistance. I had my ID, gave her an alpine check and she shooed me away, making me feel as if I did something wrong bringing a check in. It was the most awkward experience I’ve had at a bank.
Kept us waiting even though we had an appointment. The notary didn't know basic information about being a notary, and when asked a simple question, she stormed off. Completely unprofessional behavior.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming, have all the information to make a decision on you bank preferences
No parking.
Great bank and people. Personalized banking, for real! Staff seem happy and interested. I'm grateful that my bank cares.
