My account was in the process of being hacked and I came to the bank pretty fired up! While the hacker was on my phone waiting for me to come out of the bank with $10,000 cash. I went in to Personal banker Rafael Medina and explained the situation. Rafael explained the scam and was able to immediately stop the hackers access. Explained the process to re register for on-line banking. Then moved monies back to appropriate accounts. To be on the safe side he shredded my old debit card and provided a new one.
