This has been my back for a long time. Friendly stay, i never have to wait long in side or out.
Es desafortunado que llego de primera, saludo y el joven en la caja no contesta por educación, luego otra joven me dice que estará conmigo en breve y me deja esperando por 20 minutos, nadie me atiende, llega gente y empieza a atender a todos menos a mi, le pregunto cuanto tiempo mas debo esperar y me responde que su compañera esta en almuerzo ( 3 :20 pm). La verdad me pareció muy descortés todo lo sucedido. Este lugar siempre he sido muy bien atendida pero hoy no fue buena mi experiencia
The person who worked with me was friendly, considerate, cooperative, and informative. I was able to complete everything I needed done in one visit. I was able to get a cashiers check from the bank to pay someone I owed money to. I highly recommend this bank especially to all the local people in New Castle.
