If I go inside everyone is always cordial to me and helpful. The drive-thru window service is very snooty they are lazy to help find your account number something that I don't carry around with me so I always go in
Very happy with the service I receive! The people that work at all the Alpine banks I have been to have been very friendly and helpful. If they are not sure how to help, they will get you to someone that does. Always feel welcome every time I go to the bank.

Huge line inside so i went to the drive through. Not only did i wait over 15 minutes i was told twice someone will help me. If i wanted to wait i would have stayed inside.
