The Clifton branch is super unfriendly. Every time I have stopped in or talked to a teller I was looked down on and treat poorly, like they couldn’t believe I had an account with Apline. I will not be going to that one again. I appreciate the Downtown branch a lot better.
I’m so glad I left this bank, customer service is atrocious. Especially over the phone but not great in person either. Super rude
