I have been reticent to leave a review as I love to be positive if possible. We have banked here for the past 30 years and they have always been stellar. However in the past 6 -8 months their entire staff has changed and while they aren’t “rude” they have certainly lost that family-friendly atmosphere I had come to expect and appreciate. They are efficient and do the job but just without that extra element of friendliness they used to have.
