I am a military service member and when i went to get my interest rate lowered per federal regulation they made me jump through hoops and demanded paperwork that was not need. I had to get Navy Legal involded to get them to finally lower my interest rate like they were supposed to. Then after 4 years they tried to raise my rate again to the original rate which is also not legal. I eventually had to refinance just to get them to leave me alone.
