Completely unprofessional Shay has been nothing but a nightmare to work with since the company bought the last people it’s to the point that I can’t even communicate with them besides via email
Worst car dealership ever. I purchased a 2014 vehicle in 2020 and had to bring it back 15 hours later because the transmission failed. Although I asked for my down payment back, they played games. When they realized the car couldn’t be fixed they told me the only thing they could do is put me into a different car. Unfortunately, that broke down 2 weeks later. Bought a car from them to get out of a domestic violence situation and return home to Illinois. Made majority of payments on time before car was totaled, mind you this is 7 years ago now. They sent me to court to pay, so I am in a payment plan currently with the creditor they sent after me which is fine, it will be at paid off on 12/18. Do not purchase a car through this finance company. They lack professionalism , competence and communication. They have no business being in business. This ain’t out of anger or anything but to help someone else. It’s a decision I made to go through them and it’s been hell since. They harass you even if you make payments on time, I did and up for a month at a time.
