The team at Alpine helped get my knee healed up and back to new! The FLOWpresso machine is amazing. I’d recommend to anyone in Juneau that runs or works out regularly. The recovery benefits are unparalleled.

I cannot stop talking about the Flowpresso suit!! It is ssssooooo relaxing! The combination of heat and compression is incredible. I've been using it regularly to help recovery while training for a marathon and I can't get enough. Thanks for bringing this option to Juneau!

The race went well until cramping set in towards the end, due to age and lack of a good running base. Pounding my thighs and hobbling got me to the finish.
