Terrible company. The staff makes up stories about the number not matching on the documents, other staff hides around the company's territory to avoid working. Checked in at 3:00 PM, got in the door at 3:30 PM, and at 6:00 PM the employees changed, another shift came and started unloading - slowly. So good they took only 35 minutes to unload my whole trailer really love this place 🙏🙏💝💝
Delivery very good
We reached this location for delivery at 9:30 AM, and even after waiting until 5:00 PM, unloading did not start. Drivers were forced to sit for 12+ hours with absolutely no information, no planning, and no responsibility from the staff. Many drivers got so fed up that they left. The behavior of the staff is extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. They talk to drivers like they are nothing and don't care at all about anyone's time or livelihood.
