On February 22, this was my first time using this service for a ride to my doctor's appointment. I called last week letting their answering service know I needed to be picked up and what time. They dispatched my needs out to AlphaCraft LLC, and I received a call the day before confirming my request. Telling me that a Driver by the name of Lee will be to pick me up.
