Poor customer service, they take your money but don't supply credit when product is returned.
Excellent company to do business with. Great products, best prices, and extremely easy order process and delivery. No 1 in the USA by far.
Placed an order with a drop dead deadline. They said no problem when quoting. But order just seems to get lost in their system. Called with 1 week to go, order was lost at the time but they said no problem for the deadline. 2 days before deadline called again and it still was lost in their system. Do not attempt to order from them. Customer service is very nice, but only there to apologize not get the orders through.
