Hugh has been a leader in helping others see the logic of the trike, and is a good human being as well. He goes out of his way to connect with his customers, and delivers exceptional, transparent, and honest service. Remarkable.
Hugh was awesome. Let me take my time and ride several brands and styles until I finally narrowed it down. I was there about 2+ hours. Showed me how to fold and unfold it, and sized it while I waited. He also installed and calibrated my computer at no additional cost. I never felt rushed, nor did he try to get me to buy something more expensive than what I needed/wanted.
I had a Bionix System that I had purchased from a third party used. I tried my best to make it work on my recombent Handcycle for over a year it sat. I contacted AlphaBENT and I needed two extension cables for how long the Handcycle is and where the battery is mounted in the rear and my drive wheel is in the front. Even with all the connections right it just had one speed and that was GO FAST AND HOLD ON!
