I have booked services through this company three times now for my employer in the span of a year, and they are always wonderful. I usually deal with Lori, who is great and always super accommodating. This past trip, however, the only thing I will say is the driver had the wrong passenger name on his sign at the air port, and when I called to just confirm that the company was aware of the flight delay, the customer service woman laughed at me for not realizing that they already knew this. We took the shuttle to Salem with Ilham, and it was awesome! Super convenient, Ilham was really sweet and offered us plenty of recommendations for my upcoming move to the area. Shuttle was clean and well maintained, and right on time! Plus the whole idea of having a shuttle from the dispensary is a fantastic one! 10/10 would ride with them again!
