Just witnessed bus number 556 which is a 40ft bus race down Atlantic while tailgating me. Upon calling customer service didn't seem to care much. They may get you where you're going but lack morals and professionalism.

This company is amazing. Our driver Kelsie was extremely helpful and nice. And made our drive to Miami for our cruise very smooth. He helped everyone with their bags, and never complained! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

ATS was outstanding during our recent company retreat in Delray Beach. I arranged about 20 airport transfers and made several last-minute changes to passengers and pick-up times, and ATS handled everything seamlessly. Communication was quick, the team was incredibly accommodating, and every driver was early, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend—will definitely use them again.

We employed ALPHA Transportation with our wedding in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to transport us and guests from the church to the venue. They were also driving guests back and forth to the hotel after the event. They are so professional and prompt. They showed up on time and took care of all of our needs. We cant say enough good things about this company. If anyone has transportation needs in South Florida, Please give them a call ASAP. Thank you

The Thompsons really have it going on at Alpha Transportation. They have clean transport vehicles, safe drivers, patient staff, and are flexible when needed. They truly go above and beyond to serve their customers. Skip the big name transport companies and work with the team at Alpha. I could not be happier! Highly recommend!
