We recently had our car towed by this company. When I first called, I was upset because I didn’t know what had happened to our vehicle, but I quickly apologized to the woman on the phone. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was very kind, understanding, and professional. She helped explain what we needed to do and made the situation much easier. The company is very growth focused. It is nice that they will train you, and it is nice having a fuel island and truck wash at the yard, and mechanics to fix your equipment at a moment’s notice. What was not nice is having to wait 90 days for uniforms and being expected to have one coverall last you until then. I was told that everyone is on a rotating schedule - not accurate at all, in fact most aren’t. If you opt for day shift, it is 5 AM - 5 PM.
