The company is very growth focused. It is nice that they will train you, and it is nice having a fuel island and truck wash at the yard, and mechanics to fix your equipment at a moment’s notice. What was not nice is having to wait 90 days for uniforms and being expected to have one coverall last you until then. I was told that everyone is on a rotating schedule - not accurate at all, in fact most aren’t. If you opt for day shift, it is 5 AM - 5 PM.
