I've worked there for 15 years
Sent a battery charger in to be serviced and months later they admitted that they lost it, only after I inquired about the status of the repair for weeks. 9 months later, they said they found it and sent it back, only for us to discover they did not send the power cord we had included in the RMA as per their instructions. It has now been a year and nobody will respond to emails, phone calls or voicemails. Our battery charger is useless without the cords.
