Sent a battery charger in to be serviced and months later they admitted that they lost it, only after I inquired about the status of the repair for weeks. 9 months later, they said they found it and sent it back, only for us to discover they did not send the power cord we had included in the RMA as per their instructions. The batteries were bought in 2020 as part of Alpha’s Outback Power Technologies solar setup. At the time each battery cost $415. When one of them failed in December 2022 it took them almost 2 months to accept it was a system failure. I was left to choose between having no power or paying for a new battery directly from their local distributor. This battery cost $570. The ‘reimbursement’ check arrived on April 10, 5 days ago covering the cost as it was in 2020 ($415), not what it cost to replace it ($570). Not a word from the... read more
