Replaced my screen here via my insurance, emailed them before about using a oled screen, was told yes, but lcd was installed. The price difference is £200 and while they did get paid from insurance I’ve had to fork out to now send my phone back to the insurance company to another service centre to remove their cheap parts. They lied on email and said they would fit oled screen but this one doesn’t have true black, has weird discolouration in line with lcd screens and another shop confirmed for me it is not real oled. I came here today with an enquiry because my phone speaker was a bit off and muffled. The lovely Marisa helped me and she couldn’t have been more kind!! Amazing service! She cleaned my speaker and my microphone and was very aware of discretion and the things people have on their phones nowadays! This place has only been open for a year but it’s something we need in Whetstone. Thanks Marisa I’ll see ya soon next time my phone flies out the window and gets mud in the speaker!

Went in today to sort out my wife's phone through our joint account insurance and she mentioned that she spoke to a really nice lady named Marisa. And indeed, she was!!! Really helpful, polite and honest. Was out of there in 20mins as i stated that i had a meeting at 14:00. Made it back just in time!!!! Thanks so much. Credit to the company, give her a raise!!!!!!!!
