I travelled an hour out of my way for an appointment. The first time the person I received confirmation texts to see wasn’t in the country. Then a nice woman was called in to do my taxes. After that, I was told Carlos would be able to help me with my back taxes. I made an appointment and spent $60 on Ubers. He was so cold, nonchalant, and robotic.
