Waiting time is too long , 2 person deal with customers and waiting time is more than 2 hours , every time I loose 3 hours for visiting here !!!!!! Time is money be fast , loosing 3 hours in tax office is insane , improve your skills
This was my 3rd and last year with this company. They always seemed like good people. Haven’t had issues until this time. They have clearly made a mistake and I was charged for my federal tax TWISE. My bank account went in overdraft. They didn’t help me resolve this issue. I came in the office to try to get some help about this- they told me: ‘Panos is not in the office, he filed your tax- we cannot help you, call after 3pm’. The team here is crazy! I called in a Thursday midday, the first number didn’t answer for two calls, the second number answered. This office have a huge sign that “FREE TAX ID” and “GRATIS TAX ID”. I talked with him and he was asleep or something. And he said the tax id is $250 ? Too weird
