Kelly was great. Item not in stock week ago but due in few days time and when delivered Kelly phoned me to advise so now travelled to shop and bought item.
Unfortunately it wasn't a 5 star encounter . Walk in no on said a thing , girl on the phone looked up looked at me . Kept doing what she was doing . Time went by almost 10 minutes nothing . I sat down waiting , door opened older Gentlemen walk in 2 minutes went by someone came to greet him and he was asked. At the end when I got attended you didn't have what I was looking for . Somewhat disappointing .
Sales was very rushed as if they had not even a moment to help a customer coming to ask for help. Would never return.
