After years of dealing with a lower back issue that failed to resolve with PT elsewhere, I decided to give Alpha Project a try. I'm happy to report that after just two months I'm mostly pain free and back to enjoying exercise. Definitely recommend Dr. Matt!

TL;DR: HIGHLY recommend for postpartum women with hip and back discomfort and bladder leak concerns. So much of what we’re told to “deal with” is able to be addressed with Pelvic Floor PT!
