I was an off and on runner with a history of calf injuries. I was planning on running a marathon and I knew I needed help staying healthy. I’m grateful for the help they offered getting me through my first two marathons and prepping me to be able to carry on after my time with them.
I’ve found Dr Matt through a running podcast interview and purchased his book last year. I worked with several of the bigger PT practices over the years and understand that you only get results if you put in the work. I ran 100ks the other weekend, and my ailments didn't bother me. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Alpha.
I started PT with Dr. Matt after several injuries that have kept me out of lifting and running for quite a while. Two of those injuries were to my feet, and they were causing pain with running. After only two sessions, I no longer had any pain in my feet when running, and the pain hasn't returned since. In addition to addressing the source of the injury, we also worked on running form, balance, and strength, which I really appreciated, as it will hopefully help me avoid injury in the future! Overall, a great experience, and ... read more
