I started working with Dr. Matt after years of getting stuck in the same overtraining loop: I’d ramp up my running, feel good for a bit, then end up exhausted or in pain, have to back off, and start all over again. Started out with significant knee pain and was looking for a PT that specialized in running and could devote full attention to my issues without jumping patient to patient and leaving you with an assistant.
