Way to expensive charged me 250$ on a rear motor I didn't need the overall price was 530$ for a repair. Headlight not working.. the lady who worked there had no idea what she was talking about she had no knowledge about the repairmono's. She would not give me my scooter unless it was paid for. Ridiculous. I had to dispute these outrageous charges with my bank charged me a labor fee per item you guys did and then a service fee on top of that money grabby mofo's. Took my Gotrax scooter to get the back tire flat repaired and left with two under-flated tires, loosened breaks, and a faulty scooter light. The workers left my scooter in a dangerous condition because they loosened my breaks for no apparent reason. This business is a SCAM, they took my money and messed my scooter up in the end. Had to get my scooter fixed from a family member not even a month later. Do not take anything to this business.

Terrible experience with this store. Ordered a charger and they sent me the wrong one(it wasnt even close to the same model). Customer service is really bad. Spoke to John who was very unprofessional and he wanted me to send the wrong item back and then after they inspect it they will send me what I actually Ordered. He made me feel like it was my fault i received the wrong product. Order at your own risk.
