If I could have given less star, I would have. Ordered grips Aug 23. Heard nothing, saw nothing. Reached out via their website, asking for an order update. No response. A week later, sent an email. No response. Tried the live chat option - nobody there. Finally today I find a phone number. Lady tells me the order had been cancelled due to it not being in inventory. Walked I’m there a asked if they could fix something on my scooter and it was a pice snapped in half and they only asked for 20 dollars forr something that WAS SNAPPED in half and great service
First of all I would like to say thank you for being in the Central Valley! I'm giving you five stars just for that and that alone. However I did call you about a Segway g30 Max looking for a tire repair for the rear tire. I want some kind of price to know what the shoot for and I was told it would be upwards of $150 for a rear tire change! I them explained to the man that was on the phone that the tire is like $10 to Ali Express! I asked him if I could just bring my tire in and will he put it on. Ordered replacement part for scooter over a month ago. Can’t get a shipping confirmation or a response from 3 email requests or by submitting a message through their website. Also tried calling - no answer.
Practicing was around what they said it would be.. Scooter was fixed in a timely manner!!
