If I could leave 0 stars for Jackie, I would. She did my return wrong and I was required to pay another individual to fix it, because both state and government entities were contracting me about incomplete paperwork and unclear information. I called her multiple times to fix it and she either didn't pick up, didn't call back or plain didn't sound interested in FIXING the debacle she created. Her office reeks of cigarette smoke to the point where even all my papers, envelopes and folder with my return information smelled like... read more
Best experience I've ever had doing taxes. Great people, great service AND she has chocolates and sweedish fish!! Lol Year after year it's the same thing.. fast, phenomenal work and accuracy!! A++!
We love Jackie and go to her every year!! She takes her time with you and explains everything that she is doing. Highly recommended
