Was very disappointed upon calling Alpha & Omega this morning. The receptionist cut me off as I was explaining our need for transcription services and asked "Who Is Calling". Once she understood we were not a "regular client who uses them often" she promptly told me that they are too busy to take on our transcription task and cannot help us.
