When we first started talking with Jeff/Carolyn at Alpha Mortgage, they told to us how wonderful they are, etc... We were convinced for about a week. Then it became painfully obvious how disorganized they are in doing business. Between talking to both, Carolyn & Jeff and their assistant, April, we got a different answer every time we called to talk to them. Both my boyfriend and I found this strange. We were not pleased with them at all and thankfully found a much better company to go with before we lost another house....
