Fabulous sports massage for my mum who has a lot of arthritic pain in her neck and joints - her measure of effectiveness is pain relief - she was raving about her treatment today - thank you Andrew for looking after her so well

This was my 2nd deep tissue massage with Andrew which again sorted out many knots and aches! It was a particularly cold morning and the studio was an absolute haven to walk into. Andrew checked whether I had any specific issues that I wanted him to focus on and checked throughout the massage whether the pressure he was applying was appropriate. Andrew is an absolute joy to be with and he really makes you feel very comfortable and calm. Highly recommended and a stellar massage. I’m definitely becoming a regular!!!
