Very poor experience - wish I could give negative stars. We were lucky to get a place on the mesa, but Christina certainly made us feel that way - incredibly entitled approach that makes you wonder who the customer is... Again, the place itself was great, but the communication from Alpha regarding home improvements that we supposed to be done before we moved in was awful.
