So unprofessional that lady Damaris Velasquez is not a professional I had an appointment she told me @ 1 o’clock I been calling to confirm the appointment since 9 o’clock no one answered , no reminder for my appointment nothing when I told her that she said it’s my case the agency doesn’t have to remind people of their appointment No customer service/ poor service quality I don’t recommend no one to go there .
