This firm's negligence caused over $900 in penalties and fees which they refuse to take accountability. We worked with them for the first time in 2024. They had all of the documetation already in their system. As 2025, I gave all of the tax forms by mid march. They were backlogged due to the passing of one of their associates. They are extremely unresponsive and therefore unprofessional. I’m just looking for updates on my tax return and they fail to give you any estimate on completion. If you want peace of mind go elsewhere where they will actually communicate
I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Financial Group and Ric Valliere. I submitted all required documents for my S-Corp tax return in February and waited more than a month for any progress.
