They are extremely unresponsive and therefore unprofessional. I’m just looking for updates on my tax return and they fail to give you any estimate on completion. If you want peace of mind go elsewhere where they will actually communicate
I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Financial Group and Ric Valliere. I submitted all required documents for my S-Corp tax return in February and waited more than a month for any progress.
