Tech was great. The extended warranty provided by Assurion was not. Do not ever buy any type of extended warranty from Asurion. Alpha couldn’t have been better to deal with but they had hands tied due to the warranty being with Asurion.
Skeptical at first and second after 4 weeks of dropping off a 1960 HK SL10 receiver that had right channel out and dash lamps with NO schematic found unaware at all. It was filially repaired By Kevin there and is working outstand thus far, These people are extremely qualified to repair electronic items and are Highly recommended for all your repairs....jest don't bring them another Harmon Kardon SL 10 receiver ....was told Kevin will not work on another one of these units..... My girl won a tv from her work 2 years ago. It just broke the other day found this place nearby and dropped my tv off. They were kind and went the extra mile to see if there was a warranty on the tv and there was a warranty so we didn't have to pay anything. Really saved us especially with the holiday coming up.

Had an issue with my brand new television. The company gave my ticket to Alpha Electrinics and said they would call within 1-2 business days. They called the very next day and had my part ordered that night. Once my part was in they arranged a service time and had my tv repaired in no time. The tech was so kind and knowledgeable! 10/10 highly recommend!!
