Great shop, called the store to inquire about parts and labor cost to replace a psu board on my samsung series 7 since out of nowhere one day it wouldn’t turn on, was just stuck in a boot loading cycle. Thought I had correctly troubleshooted the issue following online tutorials and schematics but turns out it was a bad backlight. 30 dollars for them to troubleshoot the problem. They quoted me a price that was almost as much as a new speaker to fix it.
Tech was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick!
Tech was great. The extended warranty provided by Assurion was not. Do not ever buy any type of extended warranty from Asurion. Alpha couldn’t have been better to deal with but they had hands tied due to the warranty being with Asurion.
Skeptical at first and second after 4 weeks of dropping off a 1960 HK SL10 receiver that had right channel out and dash lamps with NO schematic found unaware at all. It was filially repaired By Kevin there and is working outstand thus far, These people are extremely qualified to repair electronic items and are Highly recommended for all your repairs....jest don't bring them another Harmon Kardon SL 10 receiver ....was told Kevin will not work on another one of these units.....
