Empty shelves since february and every time we have stopped in there is an empty promise of "restocking the whole store soon" but have not seen anything
Terrible customer service online and in store. It took them over a month and a half to finally tell me that the product I ordered was not at the warehouse and was not currently being shipped though it said otherwise online and it was actually on backorder for as long as they know. After another couple weeks of trying to get a refund for the product, I was finally able to get a hold of a manager who was able to give me a refund, but took 25% to cover the store and the taxes they had to pay on a product they don’t even have.
