I purchased a Taurus 9mm from here for my wife’s Xmas present. Also been there a handful of times for accessories and Alpha Dog apparel. EVERY time I have stopped in the staff has been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. These are all hard qualities to find at ANY business lately - much less to experience it every time you walk in the door! Great work Alpha Dog! Keep it up 👍🏻
great customer service! didn't even bat an eye when I came in saturday with my cane and explained I needed work on my Glock 19 and Kyle and the rest of the shop hooked it up. definitely coming back.
I am a huge fan of this store. It is one of the few places I have gone when I had long purple hair and not feel uncomfortable with the staff. I'm pretty aware of my surroundings and even the customers in here seem more chill than other stores I go to. Gunsmithing dudes in the back were top notch too. Installed my stuff and bent over backwards to make sure I approved of what they were doing with quick turn around time. Ladies, queer folk, and anyone looking to buy a firearm in a safe space as opposed to a dank bro-hole full of likely neo-nazis -- THIS IS IT. My friend and I sold a gun here and we were so impressed. There's a sign outside the door talking about inclusivity in a rainbow script. Two women and a man of color working the counter all of whom greeted us so warmly.
