On multiple occasions, the owner has dumped trash onto my landlord’s property. I have also experienced repeated harassment when addressing this issue. This behavior has made interactions with this business feel unsafe and unprofessional. The owner directed racially charged comments toward me on January 19, which I found discriminatory and threatening, which led to the police having to intervene to stop the harassment.

Finding the right couch for our living room has been the bane of my existence for 5 years…and then we met Hans! His selection is seemingly endless, from styles to fabrics to foot type. Everything is fully customizable for such a good price! Because he works with a CA manufacturer (rather than overseas), we were able to get our new couch in just two weeks! I’m so happy to have found Alpha Design and would recommend it to any of my friends! We are in love with our new couch 🥰 Thank you Hans!!
I bought a couch at Alpha Design after falling in love with my friend's couch, also from Alpha Design. We had been looking for a new couch for at least a couple of years, and never found anything we really liked. Hans was able to customize so many aspects of our couch that were not possible to customize with other companies. Our new L-shaped sofa is super comfortable, fits perfectly in our home, and arrived in less than the 2 week estimated wait (despite the Thanksgiving holiday). Thank you, Hans!
