My son had appointment this morning at 9am we drove an hour an a half to get there an they tell us we had to cancel your appointment, he was getting 8 teeth pulled. All they said was sorry. After we drove an hour an half to get therewe both had to miss work, no pay an tell us sorry. I would never go there again
I've always had good dental visits with Alpha Dental. No problems so far.
They extracted 6 of my teeth and took 3 day to return my multiple phones calls after a complication. They will ask you to pay out of pocket for things covered under Medicaid. I paid $200 out of pocket for iv sedation because he told me my insurance wouldn't cover it. That was a lie. Do not go there. I would rather change my insurance provider and deal with that hassel over going back there
