Very poor customer service, took bike to be repaired unfortunately shop was robbed but took 10 week for insurance to pay and then was £400 short to purchase same bike , bike was only 11 months old,!! Alpha cycles refused to make up the short fall leaving me £400 out of pocket Very poor service will never use Alpha cycles again for anything!

Phenomenal service. Had my bike and my wife’s serviced a few months ago ready for the summer and just ordered 2 new bikes. Knowledge is 2nd to none and advice/helpfulness is exactly what is needed! Also the best coffee I have tasted in a long time and I do love a good coffee! Thanks guys!
