This is my favourite massage in Sydney, I waited 3 1/2 weeks to have an appointment with him because I knew that I would leave actually feeling so much better. I have had ongoing issues with my neck for months and in an hour he fixed it !!!! Not only amazing at his job, but also very respectful and a relaxing presence to be around. This man deserves his flowers
Had massage with Tina today, and she was amazing as always. Her sports and deep tissue massage is next level—her elbows are like blades and she always pinpoints exactly where the tightness and pain are. She also included cupping and dry needling, which really helped release the tension. Tina knows exactly which areas to focus on and applies the perfect amount of pressure. 10/10 experience. I already can’t wait for my next massage. Highly recommend Tina to anyone needing a proper sports or deep tissue massage!
Highly recommend getting a massage with Alpha, I see Chris and he has helped me with work related arm problem. It’s great to have someone help you to realise you don’t have just accept being in pain. Chris listens well and I would highly recommend him
Thank you Tina, the dry needling released some deep knots that had been bothering me for a while, and I felt much less tension afterwards. I had deep knots and pain at my right shoulder blade that many failed to relieve me from. Amazing, Professional and caring service.
