Had massage with Tina today, and she was amazing as always. Her sports and deep tissue massage is next level—her elbows are like blades and she always pinpoints exactly where the tightness and pain are. She also included cupping and dry needling, which really helped release the tension. Tina knows exactly which areas to focus on and applies the perfect amount of pressure. 10/10 experience. I already can’t wait for my next massage. Highly recommend Tina to anyone needing a proper sports or deep tissue massage!
Highly recommend getting a massage with Alpha, I see Chris and he has helped me with work related arm problem. It’s great to have someone help you to realise you don’t have just accept being in pain. Chris listens well and I would highly recommend him
Thank you Tina, the dry needling released some deep knots that had been bothering me for a while, and I felt much less tension afterwards. I had deep knots and pain at my right shoulder blade that many failed to relieve me from. Amazing, Professional and caring service.
Chris is a great massage specialist. He precisely hears my stories and try to focus my exact area. Massage techniques was insane and give me a great vibe and relaxation. I would come to him again.
Best in class truly. The techniques Burhan used were first class and significantly improved my muscle tension. The treatment here is broad with massage, dry needling and the scraping technique which meaningfully targets the muscle tightness. Burhan is an absolute master of his craft.
