I have a severe neck sprain. I called alpha and omega for an apt and the only apt they had was a month out. I waited bc this is a small mountain town and with a considerable lack of medical resources. I arrived in a timely manner the morning of my apt.and the receptionist told me my apt was cancelled. I asked when and did they try contacting me. She said, “yesterday. We called.” I never received any such call. This place is a joke and there is no care here.
