I did physical therapy here for three months. They kept asking my insurance company for more visits until they found out I was involved in a lawsuit because of the injury I had and then they all of a sudden told me my insurance wouldn’t cover any more visits and I could pay them $20 a month to use their facilities. When the lawyer for the other side contacted them, they lied to her and told her I no longer wished to have physical therapy, and that I was done, which was completely not true. I have a severe neck sprain. I called alpha and omega for an apt and the only apt they had was a month out. I waited bc this is a small mountain town and with a considerable lack of medical resources. I arrived in a timely manner the morning of my apt.and the receptionist told me my apt was cancelled. I asked when and did they try contacting me. She said, “yesterday. We called.” I never received any such call. This place is a joke and there is no care here.
