From my initial inquiry to treatment to post-treatment- everything felt welcoming, accessible, and what I needed. Dr. Yang embodies a listening presence and integrates diverse Chinese Medicine modalities like acupuncture, cupping, herbs, sliding fire cups, TENS electroacupuncture, gua sha, tui na bodywork, ba gua, and coaching into a session for the best treatment. Dr. Yang is a knowledgeable and experienced Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and I highly recommend him for addressing any physical and/or emotional symptoms.
Alpha Acupuncture is an excellent place to visit if you're experiencing issues such as insomnia, nervous system imbalances, or stress. The environment is both professional and relaxing, and the care provided is of high quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking natural and effective relief.
Dr. Yang is the absolute best. I came to him with a rare back injury (herniated discs in the thoracic spine) which resulted in severe pain when sitting and standing, and within one acupuncture and acupressure session I was already feeling better. Dr. Yang is an extremely talented & experienced acupuncturist. He takes the time to understand and analyze the problems/needs, and treats in an effective and personally tailored way. He has relieved chronic headaches and stress, moved stuck energy and overall is a true healer! He is extremely kind and great at communicating as well. Highly recommend Dr. Yang at Alpha Acupuncture if you’re on the Upper East Side, or in Manhattan!
There are many acupuncturists in Manhattan, but Dr. Yang at Alpha stands out above them all. His technique is unique and highly effective. I always feel better when I leave. Highly recommend!
