Have only been using about 6 months, no creditors paid but balance keeps getting reduced in my account. No one answers the phone or answers my questions as to why. Account has been locked due to password changes and silly codes. I am beginning to think I'd have been better off paying my bills myself. These folks are either extremely busy or extremely unorganized ..
They make empty promises! Like in 100 days they would have my creditors resolved and made settlements with everyone. Nope! Btw they dont offer refunds on anything! Rip off!!!!!
Stay away from Alerstein And associates. Avoid them like the plague li do not have time to go into thisv review now as I'm working. I will write this creview after work.All I'll say now IS RUN AWAY
