Alpenflow Wellness is such a cozy, welcoming studio. Erin is an amazing teacher, with even more amazing energy, making every class feel fresh and accessible for all levels. My husband and I have been going to her Flow State Vinyasa for about a year, and it’s always different in the best way. We leave feeling great every time!
Tuesday night vinyasa with Erin was invigorating and moving!! I would pay $200/hr for this deeply moving whole body holistic practice she gives. I had very happy tears through the end of this transformative spiritual journey. She calmly guides you through each movement with options based on experience. Erin’s yoga class was just incredible. Her energy and vibe was so warm and welcoming - I’m coming back ASAP The farmer’s market is open before during and after her Tuesday class so had an awesome dinner and stroll there too. Great evening!!
I have been getting deep tissue massages from Erin for some time now. My job has me seated for long periods of time and despite my best efforts to stand, walk around, etc. I have some chronic back and neck issues. She's really great at what she does. She's very repsonsive to whatever your needs are that particular session and gives you her full focus for the booking.
