I had a great experience reordering checks this year. I reached out via text to AAACU's customer care after hours asking for a response in the morning. I received timely and very professional service from Katie from the Contact Center. I was ready to have to pay ~$20-50 after shipping for a reorder if I went directly to the check manufacturer site. I have been a member with Lincoln branch of Alpena alcona area credit union for many years now. The bank and the workers are absolutely wonderful including the loan department. They work fast and accurately to take care of any loan or problems you may have. I highly recommend Alpena alcona area credit union to all who want a bank that's working for us.
