Horrible customer service. Ordered product 10/9 and it is now 10/24. Have not heard back anything even after three emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
My mom and I took a tour of the farm and had a wonderful experience. Jenna, our tour guide, was very kind and had lots of interesting information. We learned so much! It is evident how passionate and caring the staff is (especially Jenna). My mom and I cannot sing her praises enough! The property is beautiful. Of course, the animals are adorable. Highly recommend to any visitors, and locals! :)
I cannot overstate how much I recommend visiting this place!!! It's like Disney World for all ages, you just can't help being happy around these alpacas, llamas and their wonderful livestock guardian dog (Marley). We had a great guided tour from the owner who explained how alpacas were bred, how he learned about the performance attributes of alpaca fibers and ultimately started his own lone of clothing.
