We loved our experience with the alpacas and llamas! They were so cute and sweet. Our group also loves the fun facts from Jenna! She did such a wonderful job taking us around and explaining where alpacas and llamas come from, the history of the farm, and even mating habits (so fascinating 🎶🎵🎶)
Lots of fun
This post is for the price. $45 per person felt a bit steep for a farm tour. The staff was very friendly and did offer a discount of 10% but it was just a bit too much for only 1-1.5 hour tour. Our other issue was no bathrooms on-site. Not even a porta-potty. The gift shop was nice and they had a small selection of alpaca yarn for purchase which was the original reason we stopped at the farm.
This alpaca farm is an excellent destination. It was my very first time getting this close to an alpaca, and it was a wonderful experience. They are so adorable, gentle, and peaceful. Our tour guide, Jena, was absolutely fantastic and highly informative throughout the entire tour. She guided the alpacas to the grass field, allowed us to feed them, and let us interact with the babies. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
We had the absolute best time with the alpacas and llamas during our tour. Dani was such a great guide and was super knowledgeable about everything related to the farm and history of the animals themselves. Getting to feed, walk and just hang out with the ladies and gentlemen of the farm was such an incredible experience. We would easily come back next time we’re in the area!
