I can't actually say I had him do anything . I called to have land switched over .. gave whoever answered the phone everything they needed and never heard another word from them. Never got a call , never got an email nothing . Finally I reached out to another law firm who was very helpful and had everything done right away. I sent them a short email stating that it was ok I reached out to someone else and I still heard nothing back. He must be very busy and booked solid!

I have been purchasing Real Estate for over 30 years now. In my over 30 years of Purchasing Property, never have I met a more incompetent Law Firm that deals with Real Estate Law as Hayes Law Firm. When I was sent the Statement of Adjustments Page, they had the Wrong Purchase Price, wrong by $35,000.00 Dollars. They also added a $1000.00 Dollar Adjustment to the WRONG SIDE, that is they Added this $1000.00 Dollars incorrectly and it was only after I pointed this out was it corrected.
