I have been purchasing Real Estate for over 30 years now. In my over 30 years of Purchasing Property, never have I met a more incompetent Law Firm that deals with Real Estate Law as Hayes Law Firm. When I was sent the Statement of Adjustments Page, they had the Wrong Purchase Price, wrong by $35,000.00 Dollars.
