Run for the hills ! Do not, I repeat, do not use this so called "attorney". I lost thousands of dollars after hiring this incompetent to do a simple closing on a property. He gave me information which was not true (I have the emails to prove it). I had to end up taking this piece of garbage to court. And check out his website.
