A month to get an answer from this office, and no received a phone call, I need to go to the office and spend time over there, when arrived. the front desk rep talking private stuff with patients about their life and I need to listen. I am very disappointed, I was thinking because we speak Spanish, I can have a better treatment but is the worse experience. This is one of many bad experiences on this office. I am moving to different doctor with my entire family.
Dr. Luz and Dr. Ken have a beautiful office and been in seeing Dr. Luz since Jan 2008. She is a kind and loving physician who cares deeply for her patients. She listens intently. The office is now arranged to get you in and out rapidly. Online options are available with ARNPs and LPNs.
