Hands down one of the best transportation company's I have ever used, they were not only on time for my pick up but they also had a car outside for my return waiting for me to come out, I would recommend this service to anyone in need of medical transportation

If they had a way to add 0 I would horrible car service, la k of communication to passengers, had a 6am pick up to one appointment dropped me off at the location of my afternoon pick up, thank god they were only two blocks away. My afternoon pick up was the worst. Called them at 12pm that I was ready did not get picked up till 1:30pm talking about the driver is 2 mins away, then I called back, then they had to switch drivers and he was 1 min away. Horrible agency. Rude staff. Shouldn’t work for Medicaid transporting patients. I had booked a ride well ahead of time. They never called to confirm the trip ahead of time (and they must according to MAS / Medicaid rules). Nor a driver called saying he is on the way on the morning of the ride. So at 8:50AM, 10 min before the trip I called them. A horrible person answered not taking any responsibility and saying I should wait 25 min for the ride.
