I agree with the other negative review! If you don’t want to risk being late or missing an important hospital appointment, avoid this cab company. I had a ride scheduled for 9:00 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment, but the driver arrived 20 minutes late. Instead of taking me directly, he picked up another passenger and waited an additional 12 minutes for her.
