Would not recommend this store unless you are 60+ I went into this store looking for 2 things, a guide bar and thread to hand quilt a king sized quilt. I walked around for 10 mins or so and not once was my presence acknowledged. I was looking at the thread and trying to decide which to get when 2 staff members came from what is presumably their staff room and only said hi to me while continuing their conversation. Great fast service
This shop has a good selection of fabric and supplies but the staff and energy are kind of stodgy and old fashioned. The last time I was in, I put a few bolts of fabric on the edge of the cutting table and was still browsing... maybe 1/2 hr before closing. One of the ladies came over and asked if I had put some fabric on the table for cutting and then rudely told me I should have told someone instead of just leaving them there. Such a wonderful quilt shop! Amazing variety of fabrics.The customer service is excellent. I was helped by Frida. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed :)
