Met Alon while surfing away by the wave pools in Sydney. We did a pre-surf sess that included acupuncture, breathwork and a series of stretches. The sess set us up for a couple of very successful barrel sessions. I was impressed by the activation achieved through this sess and more importantly by Alon’s passion, experience, kindness and knowledge in his field. I came to Alon with a very distressed nervous system, neck and shoulder pain. Within 2 treatments I felt significantly better, had more energy, a bigger appetite and overall felt noticeably more regulated.
