This store has a no return policy. My boyfriend made an unauthorized credit card purchase if $549.00. I immediately tried take the guitar back. Since it was brought home I made sure no one touched it. He refused to take it back. He accepted a credit card in a woman's name and didn't question it. He took the strap off the guitar left the guitar in the counter and walked away. I hate this place
