Very knowledgeable, honest, and super helpful in explaining what needs to be done. The turnaround is always quick, and my bikes have been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a shop that really knows their way around e-bikes, highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and solid customer care! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again John!
We weren't looking to buy a bike but because of Johno's great customer service and knowledge...we left with a bike!! Highly recommend OC Bikes.
New ownership is top notch. John is so knowledgeable with many offbrand bikes as well as brand names. I don’t trust anyone else with my e-bikes. Thanks for getting both my bikes tuned up so quickly.
Was excited to rent a bike for a few hours and had my dog with me. The man helping someone before me walked off after and didn’t return. No one in the shop was available. When I walked back out and saw him, he literally turned around like he was avoiding me. Not the best experience.
Brought in a flat tire, finished in 15 minutes, and best price in town!! Great service, thank you, I will return again.
