Beware, I have no idea why this shop has 4.8 stars. He basically has stolen my very expensive trike. I took both my trikes in Nov 22 2025 with flat tires and was called the next day to pick up them up. I went there and 1 still had a flat so I took 1 home and left my other one there to get that flat fixed. It is now Dec 10 2025 and his shop has been closed. Very knowledgeable, honest, and super helpful in explaining what needs to be done. The turnaround is always quick, and my bikes have been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a shop that really knows their way around e-bikes, highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and solid customer care! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again John!
We weren't looking to buy a bike but because of Johno's great customer service and knowledge...we left with a bike!! Highly recommend OC Bikes.
New ownership is top notch. John is so knowledgeable with many offbrand bikes as well as brand names. I don’t trust anyone else with my e-bikes. Thanks for getting both my bikes tuned up so quickly.
Was excited to rent a bike for a few hours and had my dog with me. The man helping someone before me walked off after and didn’t return. No one in the shop was available. When I walked back out and saw him, he literally turned around like he was avoiding me. Not the best experience.
