I have a simple question to ask, but their answering service is disgusting. I left two messages to call back, but it has been well over 3 hours n still no return call. I had this credit union when it was open to only City n County employees when I began service back in the 80s and it was simple then to call their main line and get a live person, unlike today where I have no other option but to wait on the line for over 10 mins and give up and leave my number "for the next available" agent. I am so disappointed with how Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union handles the unauthorized transactions dispute. Even though there were clear evidence that it was fraudulent transactions. They will NOT help you at all!!! DO NOT open accounts with this bank or go here at all. They will deny your claim because they don't want their insurance to get involved.
