I have branch sharing and can move my $ around with just one stop. Convenient location and good hours. Parking right in front. Fast service. In and out in no time. Noticed they have activities for Credit Union members. My other CU used to have member activities but I don't see anything recently.

Poor customer service . They don’t ever answer their calls. They are NO help in home buying so don’t even try to ask them. Currently in the process of closing my account & going with Hawaii State Federal Credit Union.
I have a simple question to ask, but their answering service is disgusting. I left two messages to call back, but it has been well over 3 hours n still no return call. I had this credit union when it was open to only City n County employees when I began service back in the 80s and it was simple then to call their main line and get a live person, unlike today where I have no other option but to wait on the line for over 10 mins and give up and leave my number "for the next available" agent.
