Allegra is a God send! I just had my 3rd baby and desperately wanted to breastfeed. My first two wouldn’t latch and I felt like I tried everything. I worked with Allegra post tongue/lip tie revision. She taught me some suck training exercises as well as gave input on how to get a good latch since I have a strong let down. I only wish she were closer to me and that we could have met in person!

I worked with Allegra to do a gut map about six months ago, and the results have been truly amazing.
